News Flash : Productivity is RAMPANT in L.A.

"Now you know, Ashley... There are certain streets in L.A. that if you go down you'll get murdered..."

And, beginning to a delightfully amusing conversation with my lovely mother, as I've forgotten the time change -- again -- and am calling home at what is nearly 11 o'clock Florida time.  Hurrah for unsurpassedly wonderful, supportive, and hilarious parents.

Day four in Los Angeles.  I absolutely love it so far -- whenever jazz or Sinatra comes on I reminisce about my love affair with New York -- but other than that, I'm so... so happy I made this move.  I've never been as productive as I am right now -- with two roomies who are actors and a fabulous amount of natural light -- we put two projects on tape today.  Did an audition class in the morning, hit the gym [oh, god], came home and worked!  On acting!  For hours!

WTF?  A glorious -- fantastic -- amazing -- WTF! 

Should have my Nelson George footage in a few days -- which will complete my reel.  Meetings at Paramount and with former ICM-agent next week... and [literally] only blue skies ahead.
